The stay was very good. Liked to be here, the hotel was fairly clean and fantastic, the location was excellent right in front of bus stop with bus that goes direct to Seogwipo. The staff members were particularly helpful and very knowledgeable and suggested local places. Booked a room with good breakfast;)))

The hotel offered complementary water bottles and coffee/tea in the room, which was very convenient. the hotel was located in a key location, close to the airport and within walking distance to several restaurants and stores. the room was spacious and had a comfortable bed that provided a good night's sleep.

The hotel fell short in several aspects. the carpet in the room was stained and looked unsanitary.

We enjoyed the spacious and clean room that had a beautiful sea view with great natural light, making it perfect for relaxation. The hotel is located in the center of the commercial district, close to bus stops and not far from good restaurants. The staff members were friendly and willing to help with directions and recommendations. We also appreciated the convenient Starbucks cafe attached to the hotel that served delicious breakfast.

Comfortable and Spacious Room for 3 pax

During my recent stay at Best Western Jeju Hotel, I was pleasantly surprised by the spaciousness of the triple room. With three single beds, there was ample space to move around and even open our 25cm suitcases without feeling cramped. The mattresses and pillows were soft, although it's worth mentioning that it may not suit everyone's preference.

Although the bathroom lacked a vanity top and sink, there was a small kitchenette area where the sink was located. While it may not be the most convenient setup, it was manageable.

This hotel is in a fantastic location in the bustling city center, just a short walk to the Dongmun market and surrounded by plenty of dining options. the price is also very generous for being on a beautiful island. the rooms are spacious and clean with a comfortable bed and a fantastic view of the city.

During my Christmas stay, I really appreciated the clean and comfortable room. the breakfast was fantastic with a variety of fresh items to choose from. The hotel's location was also a plus, as it was very convenient with several bus stops nearby.

The bathroom lacked a sink and shelf for small items, and the hand towel was not provided near the sink. It was quite inconvenient to have to leave the bathroom to find the hand towel.
